Florida Weather and Tropical Updates!

Fall has Finally Arrived

Hi everybody. Fall has finally arrived in Florida and the weather is getting cooler and most of all, the humidity appears to be lowering as well. The rain chances are less then the past few months put  together. We have seen a  record  setting month of rainfall and temperatures during the month of September in Florida. The long term forecast still calls for a wetter then normal Winter with above average temperatures. We will have to see how that pans out. For the first time in weeks, we are looking at a clean radar. In contrast, we are still tracking a hurricane in the open Atlantic. Raphael is still churning away and could pose a threat to Bermuda. This tiny island needs to watch the system carefully. Remember, hurricane season lasts until November 30.
